Estimates

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may change if hidden damage is found; we will call for approval before proceeding with any additional work.

Repair work

All wiring work is performed with UL-listed components. Where original parts must be replaced for safety, we retain and return the originals on request.

Warranty

Wiring, sockets and switches we install are warrantied against defects in parts and workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse, over-lamping, damage from a household electrical fault, or later modification by others.

Storage and abandoned items

Completed items should be collected within 30 days of notification. Items left longer than 90 days may be treated as abandoned.

Payment

Payment is due on collection unless a commercial account is in place. We accept cash, major cards and business checks.
